Assessing Your Training Needs

The best approach to training is to start by assessing your needs. Establishing these needs will require a detailed analysis of your activities, health and safety risks, applicable legislation, organisational culture, and existing competence levels.

Following the training courses, delegates receive certificates of attendance. However with some of our courses include a test at the end a certificate of achievement may be issued. Some of our courses are either grant-aided or recognised by industry or professional bodies, and for all training the aims and objectives are clearly identified.

Some of our courses are additionally accredited by recognised bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
